The Giving Tree at St. Joseph's

tree This Advent, our Religious Education program at St. Joseph Catholic Church is hosting a Giving Tree to help support families in need within our community, and we need your help to spread the joy of Christmas. If you would like to help, please take a paper ornament from the tree in the back of the church.

We kindly request that you wrap the gift and attach the ornament to ensure it is delivered to the correct family. Please bring it to the office by Monday, December 15, to ensure we can get the gifts to the
family in time for Christmas.

Thank you so much for helping us provide a Joyful Christmas for these families.

Our Bible study class will be examining “Foundations of Faith, a Journey through the Catechism of the Catholic Church”.

Come and grow in your knowledge and understanding of Jesus and our Catholic faith through this great study of Sacred Scripture.

To prepare for this week’s class, you may read paragraphs 1420-1532 from the Catechism of the Catholic Church (CCC).

It will help us understand why we believe what we believe and why we do what we do as Catholics, particularly in relation to the Eucharist and other sacraments.

Take Home the Holy Family Shrine

The Knights of Columbus (KOC) of St. Joseph (#9456) have introduced a new program called "The Holy Family"

We are inviting parishioners of any household to consecrate themselves to the Holy Family. Each week the parishioner will take the sanctuary of the Holy Family into their homes for one week of daily prayer. At the end of your week, you will bring back the sanctuary to the church for the next family.

Attention parishioners, those who currently have taken home the Holy Family (Coros Program), please be sure to bring it back to the sacristy on the Saturday/Sunday after you received it so we can present it to another family at the next mass. Thank You!

The young lady must be registered in Religious Ed and must have attended classes the year prior.
Must attend class with Maria Cornejo with an explanation of what the Quinceañera celebration is about
